Aaron served as the Director of Events at DMSE Sports for 10 years before pursuing a career in corporate events. He brings years of experience in budget management, master planning, and stakeholder communication.
About Kismet Event Management
Kismet Event Management is a specialized event operations and logistics firm focused on endurance sporting events and nonprofit fundraising events. We were intentionally built to deliver senior-level expertise, hands-on leadership, and scalable staffing through a trusted network of independent contractors.
Our Story
We grew up together, and we started our careers in the events industry together as summer interns with DMSE Sports. That exposure to industry-leading event experts laid an invaluable foundation for what is now 40+ years of combined event experience between the two of us.
Together we bring the best of all worlds to our event planning style. Our lifelong friendship translates into seamless communication. Our experience in the industry leads to expertly delivered events. We are a united front with one thing in mind: the success of your event.
Today, Kismet's portfolio includes 6-8 annual events, most of which are nonprofit charity walks/runs with peer-to-peer fundraising models and participant counts ranging from several hundred to several thousand.

Mike has remained a steadfast player in the events industry, serving as an independent contractor with DMSE Sports and other premier event agencies for over 15 years. He specializes in vendor management and leads boots-on-the-ground execution.
